Kindness- is defined as  the quality of being friendly, generous, and considerate.

As we grow to become better people; one of the lessons personal development will  teach us it to be kind;-to self, others and the universe. As the adage we are all called to perform random acts of kindness, but I would go further and say let us be mindful and intentional as we practice kindness.

All the wise men and sages who have walked this planet practiced and taught mindful kindness. Small acts of giving create a ripple effect that heal souls, minds, bodies and the universe.
